At Congero Technology Group, Alexander bridges operational finance and technology, combining analytical precision, strategic thinking, and a strong background in engineering, management, and digital transformation.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Ordaz (Venezuela), a Master’s in Strategic Business Management from ADEN Business School, and a Specialization in Strategy & Business Management from The George Washington University.
Alexander excels at transforming fragmented information into clear, auditable, and efficient systems, designing spending classifications, end-to-end workflows, and automated reconciliations. Under his leadership, Congero has achieved faster financial closings, fewer errors, and stronger business visibility, driving agility and data-driven decision-making.
He has expanded his expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, earning certifications from DeepLearning.AI and Stanford University, including:

Alexander connects Finance, Operations, Sales, and Delivery under one unified framework, fostering simple rules, accessible data, and a culture of compliance, predictability, and operational excellence.
He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in Portuguese, and advanced in English, currently learning German and Italian, reflecting his global mindset and adaptability.
Outside of work, Alexander practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (purple belt, one stripe), MMA, and boxing, disciplines that mirror his focus, discipline, and resilience. His pragmatic, results-driven style strengthens Congero’s culture: make it simple, and make it work.
