There’s no better feeling than visiting a successful, happy customer. Last week, our CEO Thomas Cong and our CRO Celio Rosa traveled to Costa Rica to visit JASEC in person, and see firsthand how their team is already transforming its electric billing operations.

The reason for the visit: JASEC reached the production readiness milestone with Embrix, the BaaS (Billing-as-a-Service) AI-enabled energy prepaid platform, implemented together with the team at Congero Technology Group.
