ECE Training for Accenture Brazil
The challenge in this project was to enhance the technical capabilities and knowledge of Accenture Brazil’s consulting team in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) — a critical solution for convergent rating used in the Vivo Telefónica Brazil implementation.
To address this, Congero designed and delivered a two-week intensive training program, focused on configuration, pricing and rating setup, implementation, management, and troubleshooting within ECE, PDC (Pricing Design Center), and their integration with Oracle BRM.
